The original fireplace with an ornate figure has been carefully restored during the refurbishment and now forms the centrepiece of the living area. The black bricks contrast modernity with a traditional and classic style.
The oak flooring with grey tone and in herringbone pattern give the living space a high liveliness and conformity. Andrew Martin’s Logan sofa, with its curved frame and long back cushion combines modern design with sumptuous comfort. This curved two seater sofa contrasts soft, indigo upholstery with a strong, dark frame is an anchor in this space and contrasted with an oval coffee table from the same designer.
Four different sized spots lights accentuate the sitting area, with their minimalist presence formally summed up in a circular piece. Two green-velvet arm chairs complement the relaxed sitting area. Peripheral downlights and as well as invisible LED lighting give a warm feel to the space.
